In case the Registrant displays on his profile prices for his provided services, then these prices shall be binding for his part.

Any arising transaction between the visitors-users and the Registrants exclusively regard these two trading parts and www.medtourism.gr does not bear any criminal or civil liability for resulting disputes, material or non-material damages which may arise between the two trading parties.
