International Federation of Endodontic Associations (IFEA) was formed in 1986. The main aims then 
were to promote fellowship amongst endodontists and their national endodontic associations, and to promote continuing education in endodontics throughout the world. IFEA is an international organization and membership is open to all national endodontic societies and associations in the world. Currently, there are 32 countries enrolled as members as outlined in the Membership Roster.
European Society of Endodontology (ESE) was created in 1982 from the existing European Academy of 
Endodontics. The Society was initially made-up of 'active' individual members but was re-structured in 2001 into a federal organisation representing national endodontic and dental societies throughout Europe and a new category of 'Certified' individual members.
International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry (IFED) was founded in 1994 by the American Academy of 
Esthetic Dentistry, European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry and the Japanese Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. Its purpose is to contribute to the progress and development of worldwide esthetic and oral health and to enhance communication between member organizations. The IFED holds a world scientific meeting every two years and is hosted by a member academy. Delegates attend from all around the world.
Hellenic Academy of Esthetic Dentistry. This is the only organization approved by the International Federation of Esthetic Dentistry, to educate dentists on the field of esthetic dentistry.
