Cocoon Urban Spa was founded in January of 2002 by Lily and Maria Poulatha. Our goal was to offer an alternative solution to the stress and toxins of an urban environment. We believe that an individual can transform with human touch and positive reinforcement, and we approach every client as a unique being with unique needs. In the past six years, we've made thousands of friends, and our friends return again and again for the beautiful, relaxing environment, for the constantly renewing, result-oriented treatments, and above all, for the high-quality personal care.

Our treatments are carefully selected from ancient and contemporary bodywork traditions from all over the world, and are performed only by certified, experienced therapists who have a passion for what they do. Are products are pure, plant-based and when possible, fresh and certified organic.

Our fitness classes offer alternatives to physical well-being with exercises that accentuate the spiritual and emotional as well as the physical. While protecting your body against injury, these classes will relieve stress, raise energy levels, and leave you feeling more confident and youthful.
